Indeed... That's why I registered to the forums. I'm an amateur comic-book colourist, and one of the most fun things I can think of, is to team up with another fan and do some fan-art.

I was going trough all the giant piles of unfinished colour-work I'm tinkering with, and realized that I had only coloured one single pin-up of John Carter! It was for a special post-card I made for Gene Colan ( classic comic-book artist) to wish him well.

So, obviously I need another piece in my collection and portfolio!

What do you say Jeff? Want to team up and do some sweet music?

If you're interested, I figured we could chose a scene from the first three books that we both really like, or we could figure out something all-new. Whatever seems cool to you.

Obviously I know it's not so simple to find the time for fan-art, when you're a professional working artist like you, but I'm in no hurry, I can wait.

I'm going to have to pass right now, I'm locked in heavy for the forseable future. I did do something like this earlier in the year ( last year ? ) but it isn't finished yet....

Ok Jeff. I understand. Honoring previous commitments is definitely something that we should all try to follow, and time really is quite short in this economy and the business of illustration.

The offer will most definitely be permanently open tho, so if you ever get some free time, I'll come runnin' like a white-ape!
